Why be OK, when it's just as easy to be Better.

When others ask you how are you doing, do you respond with OK, So So, could be better, or even Not so good. Words play a powerful role in your health and mental wellbeing. And as we already know you can talk yourself into being sick. But you can also talk yourself into being healthy. One great example of this is the saying "tell yourself something long enough and you will start to believe it. Once you start believing it your troubles begin. These less than positive daily responses are like signals to your brain to produce exactly what you are saying. In fact one of the ways your brain knows what to do is by listening to your over and over; eventually your brain figures out what is normal and then begins to create that normality unconsciously on a daily basis. You begin to believe Ok is the best you can do.
